Most off-season work builds one side of the equation.
War Room Lite builds both.
Three focused courses — Power Hitter 2.0, Line Drive Hitter 2.0, and On-Time Hitter 2.0 — covering the swing mechanics side of the equation that most workout programs never touch. Short, specific video lessons. Drills you can run in a cage, a backyard, or a living room. Built around the same human movement principles that have helped 28,000+ coaches, instructors, and parents since 2013.

Here's What's Inside War Room Lite
Power Hitter 2.0
The spinal coiling mechanism — how the body actually stores elastic energy and releases it into the barrel. You'll understand why "load and explode the hips" sounds right but kills bat speed, what to replace it with, and how to give your hitter one simple internal cue that fixes the most common power leak without building a mental checklist. The foundational course. Start here.
Line Drive Hitter 2.0
Barrel delivery, contact consistency, and why hitters who work hard still pop up and roll over on pitches they should be driving. The difference between hard contact and soft contact usually isn't effort — it's barrel path and the direction force is applied at the moment of contact. This course covers the specific mechanics that create consistent, directional, hard contact.
On-Time Hitter 2.0
Timing adjustments in real at-bats. How to sync the swing to different arm speeds and pitch types, how to read the at-bat, and how to execute when it's a real count and the pitcher is throwing his best stuff. The game-transfer layer — what makes the mechanics from the other two courses actually show up when it counts.

What Members Are Saying
J.H., age 13
"I am 13 and weigh around 105 and I finally hit my first home run! The field was 226 in center and 175 in left and right — it went about 240+. It was the first time applying the new hitting mechanics while hitting live pitching and front toss. I had a few that hit the fence that were mainly line drives."
Robert Donovan
"It has changed my daughter's life. Literally. She was always a talented hitter, but after applying the principles she's even better. Her metrics have gotten her several offers from college coaches without ever seeing her play a single game. She will now go to school for free. Literally life changing."
Guillermo Garcia
"Ideas are backed by Zepp measurement. Real numbers, no smoke and mirrors. Started applying to practices for my 7 and 10 year old. Already see more consistent ball flight and increase in bat speed. Thanks Joey."

I am 13 and weigh around 105 and I finally hit my first home-run! (The field I was on was 226 in center and 175 in left and right). It went about 240+. I think it was going to go further but it hit the the fence on the field in front of it. It was the first time applying the new hitting mechanics when hitting live pitching and front toss. Though it was my only home-run that day, I had a few that hit the fence that were mainly line drives. I was mainly focusing on “showing the numbers” and ” hiding the hands” and then a few times trying a downward shoulder angle and hunching over during my swing (I think when I hit the home-run I had a downward shoulder angle).
