What's Inside the 12-Week Program

Weeks 1–4

Strength Phase

Lower body strength, upper body strength, power and explosiveness days, and core stability work. 4 sets × 8 reps at controlled tempo — building the base with intention, not just volume.

Weeks 5–8

Power Phase
